Terms of Service

By accessing or using Kevyro's services, products, or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, customers, and others who access or use our service, including but not limited to wholesale buyers, distributors, and retail partners.

Kevyro is a professional manufacturer specializing in STEM educational toys, DIY creative toys, and early childhood educational products. We are headquartered in China with over 10 years of OEM/ODM experience.

Our services include product design, development, manufacturing, and quality assurance for brands, wholesalers, and large retailers primarily along the Belt and Road countries.

Product Categories: STEM science toys, DIY creative building sets, early childhood educational toys, and related accessories.

Manufacturing Services: Complete OEM/ODM solutions including concept design, structural development, production, and quality control.

Quality Standards: All products comply with international safety standards including EN71, ASTM, HR4040, CE, RoHS, REACH, GCC, and 10P certifications.

Product specifications, availability, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Minimum Order Quantities: MOQ requirements vary by product category and will be specified in quotations.

Payment Terms: Standard payment terms are 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment. Alternative payment arrangements may be negotiated for established customers.

Pricing: All prices are FOB our manufacturing facility unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change based on raw material costs and order specifications.

Order Confirmation: Orders become binding only upon our written confirmation and receipt of deposit payment.

Quality Control: We implement 100% factory inspection plus ISO 2859 sampling inspection to ensure zero-defect shipments.

Material Safety: All raw materials pass RoHS and REACH testing for safety, environmental compliance, and durability.

Warranty: Products are warranted against manufacturing defects for 12 months from shipment date. This warranty covers material and workmanship defects but excludes normal wear, misuse, or accidental damage.

Returns: Defective products may be returned within 30 days of receipt with prior authorization. Return shipping costs for warranty claims will be borne by Kevyro.

Kevyro IP: All Kevyro trademarks, logos, product designs, and proprietary manufacturing processes remain our exclusive property.

Custom Designs: For OEM/ODM projects, intellectual property ownership will be clearly defined in separate development agreements.

Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during business relationships.

Third-Party Rights: Customers are responsible for ensuring their product specifications do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.

Kevyro's liability for any claim arising from products or services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific products in question.

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data.

Customers are responsible for compliance with local safety regulations and proper use instructions in their target markets.

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, material shortages, or transportation disruptions.

In case of force majeure events, the affected party will promptly notify the other party and make reasonable efforts to minimize delays.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or business relationships shall be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC).

Kevyro reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with the revision date.

Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

For significant changes affecting existing orders or agreements, customers will be notified directly.
